Sam has changed my life!
After mourning my best friend’s death for over two years and not working out at all, I was so fortunate to receive one of her mailers and discovered she was my neighbor!
Since working out with Sam since late July, I have lost 15 pounds and 12.5 inches!! She has also inspired me to want to work out again. No two workouts are the same and she is such an inspirational trainer. I look forward to my workouts not just for the way I feel, but to spend time with such a good person. I am doing great things for my health and building strong muscles and bones, especially important for a woman at age 56.

You just don’t know how good Sam Perry really is as a trainer until you’ve spent your first hour in her exercise studio. This past summer my weight was on a continuous rise and my golf game had deteriorated over the last couple of years from a 7 handicap to a 13, primarily due to my weight gain and lack of flexibility.
